Designed for children ages 2-3, this 35-minute program introduces the basics of soccer in a fun and engaging way. Through imaginative, themed games, children will naturally develop key skills like dribbling, kicking, and coordination—while having fun without even realizing they’re learning. Parents are actively involved, providing encouragement and creating a positive, supportive environment for their child's growth. This is the perfect opportunity to introduce your little one to the world of soccer while fostering important developmental skills!

This 45-minute program for players ages 4-5 builds on the core skills introduced in our Parent & Me class while incorporating key soccer concepts. Through fun and engaging games, players will develop essential skills like dribbling, passing, and ball control. Emphasis is placed on footwork, a solid first touch, and spatial awareness—teaching players to dribble at speed while utilizing the space around them. These skills are then translated into small-sided games, such as 1v1 and 2v2, and light scrimmages, where players can apply what they’ve learned in game-like situations. The program also introduces key elements of teamwork, positioning, and attacking/defending, all while fostering a positive environment where young athletes gain confidence and a love for soccer.

Next Level Footwork (6-8yrs)

Dates: Sundays 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26 (Halloweekend!)

Time: 9:45 - 10:45 AM

Location: Dominican University

This program builds on the technical foundation developed in our 4-5 age group that introduces more advanced individual and tactical concepts. Players continue refining their footwork, first touch, and ball control through structured drills, small-sided games, and creative challenges. Greater emphasis is placed on 1v1 and 2v2 scenarios, decision-making under pressure, and game awareness. Players are encouraged, to take risks, play with confidence, and begin understanding roles and responsibilities within a team. While the focus remains on development, the sessions are designed to be competitive, high-energy, and fun- helping players transition into the next stage of their soccer journey.
