Allan was born in Nicaragua and started playing soccer at the age of 11 when he came to the US. He played for Central Marin, Marin FC, Terra Linda High School, College of Marin and went on to try out for Sueño Alianza where he made the top 18 players in the United States for U22 where he got professional invitations from Pumas & Chivas. Allan was a 4 year varsity starter for Terra Linda High School's varsity team while he led the captain role for 2 years where he made the Best 11 players in the league 2 years in a row. At College of Marin, he made the Best 11 players in the Bay Valley Conference where he got recruited by multiple colleges but decided to pursue his dreams of playing professionally. He went on to receive professional invitations from Pumas and Chivas in the Liga MX in Mexico, and Real Esteli in the First Division of Nicaragua. With his 6+ years of coaching for different organizations, Allan wanted to combine two of his passions; working with kids and soccer, to start Estrada Footworks. He helped coach the College of Marin men’s soccer team and loves to work with young athletes to improve their footwork and game awareness. Outside of soccer, Allan has experience as a behavioral therapist, where he worked with kids on the spectrum to increase desirable behavior and improve social skills through positive reinforcement in a play-based environment. His favorite part of coaching is putting a smile on a kid’s face.
